中国药理学学会临床药理学专业委员会是中国药理学会下属的二级学会，全名为中国药理学会临床药理学专业委员会（Division of Clinical Pharmacology， Chinese Pharmacological Society）。

中国药理学会临床药理学专业委员会是一个团结奋进、具有朝气的学术团体，在中国药理学会的领导下，在老一辈临床药理学家的关怀和指导下，动员和团结了全国临床药理学工作者，广泛开展了国内外学术交流，着力加强了临床药理学科、基地、教材、期刊建设和临床药理学专业人才的培养，努力开展了临床药理学主要内容和基本问题的研究和新药临床研究工作，为国家的经济社会建设、临床药理学事业的发展、新药研发和临床评价、新药审评、国家基本药物遴选、指导安全有效合理用药、保障人民身体健康等多方面做出了重要贡献。

1979年至2008年，已经组织召开了十一次全国性学术大会。1999年11月以前，李家泰教授担任专业委员会的主任委员；1999年11月至2007年6月，徐叔云教授担任专业委员会主任委员，桑国卫教授、曾繁典教授、梁德荣教授任副主任委员，魏伟教授任秘书长。许多老一辈专家为我国临床药理学事业的起步和发展呕心沥血，奋力拼搏，做出了重要贡献，为年轻一代树立了榜样。2007年6月，选举组成了新的一届专业委员会。2008年9月在广州召开了第十一次全国临床药理学术大会，来自全国各地从事临床药理学、临床医学、药学、药事管理、制药等相关专业的教授、研究员、医生、药师、研究生等1000余名学者参加了此次大会，此次大会设立了大会报告、分会场报告和壁报三种形式，大会报告邀请了10多位国内外有关专家作了精彩的大会报告，激起了与会者的广泛兴趣。设立了四个临床药理学专题的分会场，包括药代动力学与新药评价、呼吸/抗感染药物的临床评价、心血管新药的疗效和不良反应评价、临床药学和合理用药，分别进行了专题报告，就临床药理学研究的新进展、临床药理学研究的技术与方法、新药临床评价、药物不良反应、临床合理用药等多个方面进行了广泛的学术交流。与会专家学者一致认为，此次会议是迄今我国召开的规模最大的一次临床药理学学术会议，有越来越多的中青年学者加入到临床药理学研究工作中来，对推动我国临床药理学事业的发展发挥了重要作用。会议期间专业委员会召开了会议并增补了新的委员。

临床药理学专业委员会积极加强国际学术交流，参加了在加拿大魁北克市召开的第九届世界临床药理学与治疗学大会，继李家泰教授、桑国卫教授、曾繁典教授之后，魏伟教授当选了新的一届国际基础与临床药理学联合会（IUPHAR）临床药理学委员会委员。于2009年11月与美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)在北京联合主办、解放军307医院承办“临床药理科研规范与新药试验准则”高级培训班。

临床药理学专业委员会与北京大学临床药理研究所联合主办了七届全国抗菌药物临床药理学术会议，为推动我国抗菌药物的研究和合理用药发挥了重要作用。

由北京大学临床药理研究所编辑的《中国临床药理学杂志》为临床药理学术交流起到了重要作用；应科学出版社邀请，组织人员翻译了美国国立卫生院（NIH）临床中心经典课程讲义《Principles of Clinical Pharmacology 》（《临床药理学原理》，第二版）（魏伟主译，科学出版社，2008）。

Brief Introduction of Division of Clinical Pharmacology

of the Chinese Pharmacological Society

The organization of clinical pharmacology in China is a secondary society affiliated to Chinese Pharmacological Society. The full name is Division of Clinical Pharmacology of the Chinese Pharmacological Society (DCPCPS).

DCPCPS is an academic committee with youthful spirit forging ahead in unity. Under the lead of Chinese Pharmacological Society and the guidance of old generation of pharmacologists, all the clinical pharmacology workers in China are mobilized and united to expand domestic and foreign academic exchange. They mainly focus on strengthening the construction of the subject of clinical pharmacology, the bases of clinical pharmacology, teaching materials, periodicals and training the professionals in clinical pharmacology. They are also making great efforts to carry out the research of the main content and basic issues in clinical pharmacology and clinical trials of new drugs. They have made great contribution to country’s economic and social construction, as well as development of clinical pharmacology, new drug discovery and clinical evaluation, new drug approval, selection of national essential drugs, guidance of the rational and proper use of medicine, safeguard people’s health and so on.

From 1979 to 2008, academic congress of Chinese clinical pharmacology has been held for 11 times. Before November 1999, Prof. Jia-Tai Li served as chairman of DCPCPS. From November 1999 to June 2007, Prof. Shu-Yun Xu served as chairman of DCPCPS, Prof. Guo-Wei Sang, Prof. Fan-Dian Zeng, Prof. De-Rong Liang served as vice-chairman, Prof. Wei Wei served as general secretary. Many of the old generation of experts who have made painstaking efforts to the initiation and development of clinical pharmacology in China, set an example for the younger generation. In June 2007, a new Professional Committee was elected. The 11th Chinese Academic Conference of Clinical Pharmacology was held in Guangzhou in September 2008. More than 1,000 professors, researchers, doctors, pharmacists, postgraduate students from all over the country who engaged in clinical pharmacology, clinical medicine, pharmacy, pharmaceutical administration, pharmaceutical and other related specialty took part in the conference. The conference consisits of plenary lecture, symposium and wall poster. More than 10 domestic and foreign experts were invited to make wonderful plenary lecture, which aroused wide interest in the participants. Four sub-topics of clinical pharmacology were established, which included pharmacokinetics and new drug evaluation, clinical evaluation of respiration and anti-infective drug, cardiovascular drug efficacy and evaluation of adverse reactions, clinical pharmacy and rational administration. They carried out a wide range of academic exchanges regarding development in clinical pharmacology, techniques and methods in clinical pharmacology research, clinical evaluation of new drug, adverse drug reaction, rational administration of medicine in subjective reports. The participating experts and scholars all agreed that this conference is by far the largest academic conference of clinical pharmacology in China. An increasing number of young scholars are devoting themselves to the research of clinical pharmacology which played an important role in the development of clinical pharmacology in China. During the meeting, new committee members were supplemented in DCPCPS.

DCPCPS actively strengthen the international academic exchange. For example, DCPCPS attended the 9th World Conference on Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics held in Québec City, Canada. In succession to Prof. Jia-Tai Li, Guo-Wei Sang, Fan-Dian Zeng, Prof. Wei Wei was elected as councillor of the IUPHAR Division on Clinical Pharmacology at the 9th World Conference on Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. In November 2009, DCPCPS and NIH co-sponsored the Principles for Clinical Pharmacology Advanced Training Program in Beijing. The training program was presented by 307 Hospital of Liberation Army.

DCPCPS and Institute of Clinical Pharmacology of Peking University co-sponsored seven the National Conferences of Clinical Pharmacology on Antimicrobial Agents, which play an important part in promoting the rational administration of antimicrobial drug. The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology edited by Institute of Clinical Pharmacology of Peking University played a central role in academic exchanges of clinical pharmacology. Furthermore, invited by Science Press, DCPCPS organized personnel to translate the NIH’s Principles of Clinical Pharmacology (chief translator: Wei Wei, 2008).
